Spain: The best season for surfing in Spain is the winter between September and April. The top surfing spots are in the north west. Mundaka is believed to be the finest surfing spot in Europe. Andalucía is also big for surfing, with hot spots being Cabo Roche, Conil de la Frontera, El Palmar, Los Canos de Meca and Yerbabuena. Or for surf combined with culture, try San Sebastian.
