Clock is ticking for homebuyers in Ashford

It’s the end of an era for luxury homebuilder Charles Church in Ashford as the company’s beautiful Bridgefield development is coming to an end. The homebuilder is continuing to sell ahead of schedule due to the desirable properties on offer, so the remaining four detached housetypes aren’t expected to last much longer.
“Bridgefield has been a constant success,” states Charles Church’s sales director, Tracey Lee. She adds: “Due to the range and specification of three and four bedroom homes on offer we’ve been able to cater for a wide variety of househunters and their specific requirements.”
The last four luxury housetypes are all detached designs and with demand for detached properties in Ashford up 27 per cent on last year , Charles Church believes it won’t be long before all the residencies at Bridgefield are occupied.
Tracey adds: “With so many advantages to detached living, from traditionally larger plot sizes to a lack of worry of noisy neighbours, interest has already been high in the last remaining houses, so I’d urge interested parties to come to Bridgefield to take a look before they potentially miss out on their favourite design.”
Prices for the detached collection start from £179,950 for the three bedroom Knole housetype which was Charles Church’s magnificent showhome property, which comes complete with carpets throughout, light fittings, curtains and some appliances.
Bridgefield is located just a few minutes from Ashford, which hosts all the local amenities expected of a modern market town, with local and high street shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, a number of good local schools, healthcare and leisure facilities.
