Move up the property ladder without the hassle of having to find a buyer for your old home by using part-exchange from Redrow.

A selection of three and four-bedroom homes are now being sold ‘off plan’ at Heathlands in Buckley, where the award-winning housebuilder is redeveloping the old Lane End brickworks.

Featuring designs from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection of traditional looking homes with the latest statement-making interiors, it’s already proving popular.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “The early success of Heathlands is testament to the high standard of workmanship that buyers have come to expect from Redrow. While we’re yet to open a show home and the properties are still under construction, we’ve already taken six reservations and have a dozen people who are taking advantage of our Mastermove scheme to help them sell their existing property. ”

With Mastermove, Redrow appoints an estate agent to market the customer’s home, works with them to get it sold and pays the selling fees.

In some instances, Redrow may even agree to take the customer’s existing home off their hands completely through part-exchange.

“Effectively we buy their current property so they can buy one of our beautiful brand new homes,” Elaine commented.

“We want our customers to look forward to building a future in their new Redrow home instead of worrying about the past. With part-exchange they can have the peace of mind that they’ve found a buyer for their existing property without being entangled in a complicated chain or even having to pay estate agent’s fees. It’s the smart way to step up the property ladder.”

Behind their traditional exteriors, the New Heritage Collection homes boast family friendly features with an emphasis on convivial open plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling cabinets and top name appliances, plus statement-making bathrooms with quality fixtures and fittings.

Built to modern energy efficient standards, they’re also potentially cheaper to run than some older, second hand properties.

The Heathlands venture is close to all the local amenities of Buckley and also offers easy access to Chester, Wrexham and the North Wales coast.

For more information about the homes available, visit the sales office at St David’s Park, Ewloe, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
