Taylor Wimpey urges property-seekers to act quickly to secure their choice from this year’s final selection of houses for sale in Herne Bay.

With just four new homes remaining for sale in the current phase, house-hunters will have to be quick if they want to move in the near future to Taylor Wimpey’s popular Meadow View development of new homes in Herne Bay, Kent.

Interest in the leading housebuilder’s sought-after collection of 205 brand new homes has been so high, that half of the development of property for sale in Herne Bay has already been sold.

And when the final four houses currently available have been snapped up, buyers will have to wait until 2011 before the next release of stylish new build homes in Herne Bay are ready to move into.

Speedy customers in search of houses in Herne Bay could be tempted by the final remaining three-bedroom ‘Raglan’ semi-detached house, priced at just £189,995.

This popular home design boasts a substantial fitted kitchen/dining room, a large reception room, and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a superb master bedroom – complete with luxurious en-suite shower room – plus two well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Like all new homes at Meadow View, the ‘Raglan’ includes allocated parking and is completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and integrated oven, hob and extractor in the kitchen.

Other properties available to fast-moving customers include a pair of stylish three-bedroom ‘Cranmore’ homes – an exceptional, traditional two-storey link-detached house priced from only £166,495. Meanwhile, growing families seeking a flexible, spacious home, can still reserve the final five-bedroom ‘Kerscott’ townhouse remaining for sale in the current phase at Meadow View, priced just £249,995.

Mark Pajak, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We have been overwhelmed by the popularity of Meadow View, and with just four houses in the current phase remaining, house-hunters need to be quick off the mark to secure their dream home.”

To make choosing a home at this development even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of incentives for first-time buyers and those with a home to sell, including help with deposits and assistance with legal fees.

All incentives can be tailored to customers’ circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Meadow View enjoys an excellent location close to Blue Flag beaches and within easy reach of Herne Bay’s shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants.

The town is also a hive of sporting and cultural activity, including an annual arts festival, a cinema, a boating lake, water sports, cricket, golf, hockey, bowls and football, while a roller skating rink can be found on the pier.

Meanwhile, the railway station provides regular services to London Victoria, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate, Whitstable, Faversham, Gillingham and Rochester, while the historic city of Canterbury and the Channel ports and Eurostar services are all within easy reach by road.

To be in with a chance of securing one of the final homes for 2010 at Meadow View, visit the Sales Centre, off Mill Lane, Herne Bay, and open 10.30am to 5.30pm Thursday to Monday.
