Take a trip back to the 1940s in Rhos-on-Sea
Adlington is inviting you to take a trip down memory lane on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th September with a 1940s celebration taking place at Adlington House in Rhos-on-Sea.
The themed experience will be centred around celebrating the sounds and memories of the era, with memorabilia, music and artefacts on show for your enjoyment. Each visitor will be handed a ration book which will be stamped as you travel around the development ensuring you receive complimentary refreshments on the day, a chance to be entered into a prize draw to win £500 of vouchers and an invitation to come back and enjoy a paid for meal for two in the bistro.
House hunters will also be able to view four of the 2 and 3 bedroom show apartments to give a real taste of what life could be like at this exclusive development.
Designed exclusively for the over 55s, Adlington House has a variety of apartments which offer home buyers both independent living and a helping hand in the form of tailored 24-hour on site care packages from MHA (Methodist Homes for the Aged).
All of the apartments have generous living spaces, a good-sized master bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a beautifully appointed kitchen with a full range of integrated appliances. While many apartments benefit from either a patio or balcony with sea views, there are also beautifully landscaped shared gardens for all the residents to enjoy.
Prices of the apartments at Adlington House range from £165,000 to £335,000, however as well as a choice of stunning apartments, residents can also enjoy the lap of luxury; with a range of on site facilities including communal lounges, a library/computer suite, hairdressing salon, exercise room and a bistro; so everything purchasers need is literally on the doorstep.
Located in Rhos-on-Sea, the development is perfectly placed for both people seeking a more leisurely pace of life and those looking to make the most of an active retirement. Lying within walking distance of the seafront and local shops, Adlington House is well placed for the broad range of sporting and social clubs in the area such as golf and sailing.
