The wait is over for Flintshire homehunters who have been eager to see inside Redrow’s New Heritage Collection.

A trio of show homes has opened at Heathlands, off Church Road in Buckley, enabling potential purchasers to picture themselves living in a brand new Redrow home.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), commented: “There was a real buzz about Heathlands over the opening weekend, with hundreds of people taking the opportunity to visit the show homes. It demonstrates that there’s a demand for quality built, brand new homes in Buckley.”

Dressed to impress by a team of professional interior designers, the three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ and four-bedroom Stratford’ and ‘Cambridge’ show homes showcase all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer.

“Viewing a show home enables purchasers to appreciate the layout and establish the quality and finish of the properties,” Elaine commented.

“We’ve had lots of positive feedback from people who visited Heathlands and were impressed by the combination of traditional Arts and Crafts inspired exteriors and modern interiors styled with 21st century family living in mind.”

To reflect how the homes combine the best of old and new, Redrow invited those who visited Heathlands over the opening weekend to sample afternoon tea and ice-cream from a traditional ice-cream bicycle.

Current availability at Heathlands includes a selection of three and four-bedroom designs, priced from £199,995.

“With a brand new Redrow home you don’t have to compromise between style and practicality. Our New Heritage Collection offers the charm and the character of traditional ‘period’ style homes, but without the need for expensive repairs or renovations. And because all Redrow homes are built to modern, energy efficient standards, they’re also potentially cheaper to run,” Elaine commented.

“Every kitchen is fitted with soft closing doors and drawers, with the tall units and wide drawers offering plenty of storage space. Our sleek modern bathrooms enjoy quality fixtures and fittings that are pleasing to the eye. From family bathrooms to en-suites, whether it’s a lazy soak in the bath or an invigorating shower, Redrow customers can bathe in luxury.”

Set in the heart of Buckley, close to the town centre, Heathlands enjoys a semi-rural location with mature trees, 11 acres of open space and a managed nature reserve. The completed development will provide footpath links to the existing Buckley Heritage Trail.

Chester, Liverpool and Manchester are all within easy access, or if it’s a quieter pace of life you’re looking for, the beautiful North Wales countryside is just a few minutes’ drive away.

To see all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer, visit the show homes in Church Road, Buckley, open daily from 10am.
