Calibre launch new 'Trek' wheel

Leading niche wheel fashion house Calibre has released yet another stunning commercial wheel design into the market place – and this one is bound to get all van and light commercial owners excited! The new Trek has been created specifically for the rigours of life on light commercial platforms and is available is sizes to fit all of the usual suspects from VW, Mercedes, Peugeot and Renault.

Available in two sizes, 7.5 x 17” and 8 x 18”, the classically designed 5 spoke rim counters the common error that most enthusiasts make when kitting out these motors – that of load index. Most large rims may have the correct PCD, centre bore and offset, but very few are manufactured to cope with the extreme weight that a commercial or camper van conversion can carry.

Although the class-leading integrity and build quality are reasons enough to splash out on a set, the main reason top invest in a set of the Trek rims is their timeless style and high-gloss lacquer finish. A strong, sculpted design, with spokes that extend to the rim edge to add visual diameter.
