Everything's going pop at Galvin at Windows this Guy Fawkes Night

Galvin at Windows will be celebrating Guy Fawkes Night on November 5th, with specially prepared Nyetimber English sparkling wine cocktails and paired canapés in the bar.

Perched on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane, the bar offers a perfect viewpoint to enjoy the fireworks across the city, which are set to continue long into the night - and the bar is open until 3am to make the most of the festivities.

Head barman, Marco Ercolano, will be working his magic on the evening, presenting brand new Nyetimber cocktails, including ‘Time is Nye’ (priced at £12) The full bar menu will also be available, including a selection of Champagnes by the glass or the bottle, as well as creative and classic cocktails. Head chef, Andre Garrett, will also be creating specially prepared canapés to match the Nyetimber cocktails.

Prior to the evening, WineChap’s Tom Harrow and Galvin at Windows GM, Fred Sirieix will lead guests to perform a traditional ‘sabrage,’ at Brown Hart Gardens near Oxford Street. Using Nyetimber Cuvee Classique 2005 for the first time, instead of the usual champagne, Tom will teach guests how to remove the corks cleanly and accurately with a specialist sabrage.

The bar will be open until 3am to make the most of the festivities - reservations recommended.
