Visitors to Barratt’s Parc Tyn Y Coed development in Sarn recently included local councillors together with Bridgend Mayor Colin Teesdale who were invited by the developer to see how work is progressing.

Barratt managing director James Groombridge said he was delighted to see so many councillors at the VIP event.

“We have been building new homes in South Wales for more than 30 years and in that time have built more than 13,000 new homes so we really feel part of the community,’’ said James.

“As a company, we are justly proud of our record in providing thousands of families in South Wales the opportunity to live in the home of their choice and we are delighted to welcome you to this development.’’

He said Barratt appreciates the support of the local council in helping create innovative new developments which provide local people with the opportunity to live in the best possible accommodation.

Parc Tyn Y Coed is situated in the semi-rural area of Sarn and offers a selection of three and four bedroom houses offering something for everyone – from young professionals to growing families.
