Maidstone property-seekers are being urged to register their interest in Taylor Wimpey’s Watermill Grange development of apartments and houses for sale in Loose.

Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is creating a beautiful development of brand new flats and houses for sale in Maidstone.

Located in the picturesque village of Loose, Watermill Grange will be a select development of just 122 stylish one and two-bedroom coach houses and apartments for sale in Maidstone, plus spacious three and four-bedroom houses.

Nestled amid landscaped grounds with mature trees and green open spaces in an established residential area, the new development of property for sale in Maidstone will offer the advantages of laid-back village living with convenient access to a bustling town centre.

Details of the prices of the new homes are being kept under wraps until the development is officially launched, but home-hunters can put themselves at the front of the queue for the first release of properties in Maidstone by registering their interest today.

Mark Pajak, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South East, says: “We’re very much looking forward to unveiling this gorgeous new development, which will offer a wealth of choice for would-be homebuyers in search of their ideal Maidstone property in a peaceful location.

“We expect these high-quality homes to be hugely popular with discerning buyers, so I would urge property-seekers to give themselves the best chance of finding their ideal match by registering their interest without delay.”

The peaceful village of Loose boasts a picturesque setting at the head of the Loose Valley and offers the benefits of traditional village life including infant and junior schools and two pubs.

Watermill Grange is conveniently situated on the edge of the village and within walking distance of Maidstone town centre, the new Fremlin Walk shopping centre, Mall Chequers Centre and a choice of supermarkets.

Swimming pools, a bowling alley, a multi-screen cinema and theatres mean that there’s plenty to do during leisure time, and the development also benefits from close proximity to a choice of good local schools for children of all ages.

For commuters, the M20 is within easy reach, and the M25 is only 25 miles further on, while regular rail services to London run from Maidstone East, and Ashford International offers quick links to the Continent.

To register an interest in the new homes at Watermill Grange, would-be movers can visit the nearby Taylor Wimpey Sales Centre, at Kings Walk, located off Melrose Close, Loose, Maidstone, and open Thursday to Monday from 9.30am to 5pm.
