New homes in Dartford for just 75% of the price

First-time buyers can benefit from a discounted sale shared equity scheme now available at Taylor Wimpey’s The Bridge development of flats for sale in Dartford.
An amazing scheme which allows qualifying customers to purchase a new home for just 75% of the price is proving to be a roaring success at The Bridge, Dartford.
An incredible 18 new houses and four apartments have been sold already through the fantastic discounted sale shared equity scheme, which is being offered by the leading housebuilder in partnership with Dartford Borough Council at the development of houses and flats in Dartford.

Under the scheme, Taylor Wimpey and Dartford Borough Council provide 25% of the purchase price of selected Dartford flats at the Bridge, through a 25-year loan, allowing buyers to own 100% of their new property for 75% of the price. Qualifying purchasers require only a 5% deposit, and the share of equity borrowed is repaid at the market value of the property.
Three of the new two-bedroom apartments available now through the discounted sale scheme are the gorgeous ground-floor ‘Chelsea’ at Plot 204, and two-bedroom ground-floor ‘Caversham’ at Plot 128, both priced at just £134,996* under the scheme, and the third-floor ‘Swallows Court’ at Plot 400, priced at only £123,750* with discounted sale.
A one-bedroom first-floor apartment at Plot 390 is also available through discounted sale, priced at only £101,250*.
Meanwhile, for buyers not taking advantage of the discounted sale scheme, one-bedroom apartments start from as little at £149,995 and two-bedroom designs from £159,995. Two bedroom houses are available from just £199,995, three-bedroom homes from only £212,495 and spacious four-bedroom townhouses are priced from just £259,995.
