A Mexican fiesta in Soho for New Year’s Eve

21st December 2010 Print

El Camion Soho, the Mexican cantina and bar on Brewer Street, will be throwing a real Mexican fiesta this New Year’s Eve, with Mexican food, legendary cocktails from Dick Bradsell and DJ’s playing anything and everything, from rockabilly to rock & roll – with the party going on until 5am.

Tickets for the event are priced at £20 per person for dinner (drinks extra), and £20 per person entry for the live entertainment, which starts at 10pm.  Reservations should be made in advance.

Dinner, which will be served from 7pm, will be a set Mexican feast, featuring four courses of sharing dishes, including quesadillas, tacos, salads and churros – ideal for groups. The accompanying drinks list offers El Camion’s signature margaritas, as well as Mexican and American beers, or American sodas. DJ’s will take the party up a gear from 10pm, playing across both floors of the venue, and the drinks will continue to flow – Champagne will be added for the night, for the midnight toast.

The party will wind up at 5am, and El Camion will then be closed until Monday, 3rd January.
