Housebuilder Morris has launched a scheme for homebuyers in Mold that promises a house in less than seven days for families wanting to upgrade.
Morris, the housebuilder behind Soughton Park development, off Denbigh Road, is helping to speed up the moving process by offering a part exchange scheme to families wanting to upgrade to a larger home.
The popular scheme, which allows homeowners to sell their existing property directly to the housebuilder guaranteeing them a buyer, is currently available on a range of three and four bedroom properties at the Soughton Park development.
Julie Smith, regional sales director for Morris, said “In the current market, our part exchange scheme offers homebuyers an easy way to climb the property ladder and upgrade to a larger home without the risk of having your existing home on the market for months.
