Celebrate an authentic Chinese New Year at Min Jiang

Celebrate the Chinese New Year (3rd February 2011) at one of London's finest Chinese restaurants Min Jiang situated at the top floor of the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington.
Diners can take advantage of breathtaking views across Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park whilst enjoying a specially created set menu comprising traditional dishes from China's gastronomic provinces. This includes the restaurant's legendary wood-fired Beijing Duck, served with homemade pancakes.
In addition, from the 28th January - 17th February 2011 diners can also experience the return of the traditional Chinese 'Yu Sheng' salad. As a Chinese custom, the ingredients, which are made from 27 ingredients, including salmon, white radish, lime tree leaves and plum sauce dressing, are mixed at the table using chopsticks, while everyone shouts 'lo hei' or 'mix it up.' According to Chinese custom, the higher the salad is tossed, the greater your luck will be for the coming year.
Finally, all guests that dine during this period will also be given a red money envelope, symbolising good luck in Chinese traditions.
Set menus are priced at £58.00 per person (not including lobster) whilst the Yu Sheng salad is priced between £28.00 (serves 2-6) to £40.00 (serves 6+).
