New homes in Buckley are ready to move into

The three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ at Heathlands is ready to move into.

Homebuyers in North Wales could move up the property ladder sooner than they anticipated thanks to Redrow.

The award-winning housebuilder has a choice of homes at Heathlands in Buckley that are build complete and waiting for the finishing touches that help turn a house into a home. And with part-exchange considered, those with a home of their own to sell could find that making their next move on the property ladder is easier than they anticipated.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), explained: “With the offer of part-exchange you may be able to trade up to a bigger, better, brand new home without even having to worry about finding a buyer for your existing property. Redrow effectively acts as a cash buyer, removing the uncertainty and stress that’s all too often associated with moving. We could make you an offer in just seven days, which means you won’t have to worry about getting caught in a complicated chain and there are no agent’s fees to pay.”

Alternatively, Redrow may be able to offer customers a 5% gifted contribution towards their deposit.

On the market at £194,995, the three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ is an ideal choice for second steppers who perhaps bought an apartment as first time buyers and are now looking for a larger home in which to start a family. Those looking for a larger property are sure to be impressed by the four-bedroom ‘Oxford’, priced from £234,995.

Both properties are ready to move into and unlike some older, second hand properties they won’t require lots of repairs and maintenance, plus thanks to built-in efficiency they’re potentially cheaper to run

Redrow has calculated that it could cost up to £30,000 to bring an older, second hand property up to the same high standard of one its new homes.

All new Redrow homes feature fashionable kitchens with the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, plus tall units and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage; while bathrooms and en-suites boast quality fixtures and fittings and an exclusive tile range.

“Buying a second hand property and renovating it yourself may sound appealing, but there’s lots of hard work and expense involved with little, if any, return for the time and money you invest. With a brand new Redrow home you won’t have to worry about inheriting someone else’s decor or DIY disasters, but will enjoy the peace of mind of a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ warranty,” Elaine added.

“Designed to save energy and minimise waste, our new homes are well insulated and include central heating and double glazing as standard. And because on average our new homes are 40% more energy efficient than properties built just 10 years ago, our customers won’t have to crank up the heating to keep warm in the winter but should save money on their utility bills.”

Close to the heart of Buckley, Heathlands in Church Road enjoys a semi-rural location with the beautiful North Wales countryside just minutes away. The cities of Chester and Liverpool are within easy reach via the nearby A55.
