Redrow’s ‘easi:buy’ scheme is available in Wrexham

House hunters in Wrexham could find they are able to move sooner than they expected thanks to Redrow.

Selected properties at Ty Newydd in Mold Road are build complete and simply waiting for the finishing touches that help turn a house into a home. And with Redrow’s ‘easi:buy’ scheme available on some homes for a limited period only, purchasers could put off paying up to 15% of the price.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), explained: “Designed to make homeownership more affordable, ‘easi:buy’ is the ideal way for first time buyers and others who may be struggling to find a mortgage to buy a brand new home. With ‘easi:buy’ purchasers should only require a relatively small deposit and could have access to some of the more favourable interest rates normally reserved for those with large deposits or substantial equity in an existing home.”

Among the properties that are ready to move into is the three-bedroom ‘Kenilworth’. Priced from £174,995 or an initial outlay of just £148,746 with ‘easi:buy’.

The outstanding balance can be repaid at any time over the next 10 years when the purchaser has more funds available or when they come to resell. Interest free for 10 years, the deferred element is paid back at market value at the time of payment and is subject to terms and conditions.

Customers will also enjoy all the advantages of owning a brand new home, including an up-to-the-minute, high quality specification and no need for expensive or time consuming DIY.

Redrow has calculated that it could cost up to £30,000 to bring an older, second hand property up to the same high standard of one its new homes.

All new Redrow homes feature fashionable kitchens with the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, plus tall units and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage; while bathrooms and en-suites boast quality fixtures and fittings and an exclusive tile range.

“Buying a second hand property and renovating it yourself may sound appealing, but there’s lots of hard work and expense involved with little, if any, return for the time and money you invest. With a brand new Redrow home you won’t have to worry about inheriting someone else’s decor or DIY disasters, but will enjoy the peace of mind of a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ warranty,” Elaine added.

“Designed to save energy and minimise waste, our new homes are well insulated and include central heating and double glazing as standard, making them potentially cheaper to run than their older second hand counterparts.”

Close to Wrexham town centre and the glorious North Wales countryside, residents of Ty Newydd can choose their pace of life. And with easy access to the cities of Chester, Liverpool and Manchester it’s a great base for commuters.

Thanks to the award-wining online television channel Redrow.TV, potential purchasers can explore Ty Newydd any time of day or night from wherever they access the internet.

The website, redrow.tv also includes an easy to follow video guide to ‘easi:buy’, plus footage of real customers talking about their new Redrow homes.
