New homes preview event in Llandegla

In response to the strong interest in its new cefn-y-grug development in Llandegla village, Bloor Homes is inviting all potential home buyers to a special preview event in the Llandegla Memorial Hall, on Saturday 12 March, 11am to 4pm.

Cefn-y-grug, or Ridge of Heather, follows the successful launch of the house builders' Gatewen Village development on 12 February. Here there were 90 visitors recorded on the opening weekend and the first four new homes were reserved.

Cefn-y-grug', is a small development offering a choice of just nineteen new homes on the edge of the picturesque village. There are six house designs in the scheme and the first releases are of 3 or 4 bedroom detached family homes. All feature an en-suite master bedroom.

Bloor Homes have produced some stunning developments in the area in recent times. In 2005 its Pinewood development opened offering 57 new homes in Acton, Wrexham. This was followed in 2007 by the variety of 143 properties at Wilkinson Place in Brymbo, which created a new residential community comprising of 2 bed apartments, 3, 4 and 5 bed family homes. In the village of Overton-on-Dee in 2008 nine large detached homes were built. These were sold out by March 2009. Each of these developments has won awards, five accolades in total and all recognise the quality of the design and build.
