House hunters can spring up the property ladder at Taylor Wimpey’s Dol y Dderwen development, near Ammanford, thanks to the fantastic deals offered by the housebuilder.

With a choice of four different four-bedroom house designs at the development there is something to suit every need and pocket, and as if the stunning selection of properties available weren’t enough, the housebuilder has two initiatives to help making the step up the property ladder even easier.

Sara Taylor, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, said: “We want to get people moving up the property ladder and so we’re offering buyers the chance to Part Exchange their existing home for a stunning one on this development or the chance to increase their deposit with our Deposit Match* initiative, whereby we gift 5% of the deposit or match up to 10%.

“Dol y Dderwen is a fantastic development set in the village of Bonllwyn, offering traditional character and rural charm with all the benefits of a modern, new home. There is a four bedroom property here for everyone from families looking for more space, couples wanting their first family home or grandparents looking for a house that has room for all the grandchildren. With this range of homes, the fantastic prices and the financial incentives on offer, buyers should spring in to action quickly to avoid disappointment.”

The four bedroom detached homes currently available at Dol y Dderwen include the Conisbrough, priced from £175,995. With a generous lounge, separate dining room and kitchen diner there is plenty of ground floor space for family life or entertaining. A half galleried landing makes a spacious first floor with four good sized bedrooms, including master bedroom with ensuite, plus a family bathroom.

There is just one remaining Wakefield on site, priced at £194,500. The largest of the house types on the development, it is perfect for a busy family. It has a spacious living room, separate dining room, a kitchen breakfast room and utility. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and two of the rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a generous family bathroom so queuing to clean your teeth in the morning will be a thing of the past.

The two other four bedroom house types available are the Berkeley starting at £159,995 and the Arundel starting at £182,500.

Sara Taylor continued: “With its lovely location Dol y Dderwen has been a popular development. We’re now looking to release homes on the second phase and we’d encourage anyone who’s thinking about moving here to register their interest with the site now.”

Dol y Dderwen has an ideal location nestled just outside the market town of Ammanford, with its good local high street and weekly market. It is also on the edge of the picturesque Brecon Beacons National Park, offering endless opportunities for outdoor pursuits, fresh air and scenic drives. Dol y Dderwen is within commuting distance of Swansea and Cardiff, and is perfectly positioned to enjoy the rest of West Wales and the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast.
