According to some quarters, the average price of a property for sale in Flint costs £168,720 . However, Charles Church is proud to boast about a three bedroom property at its Cornist View development, which with Shared Equity, is more than £42,000 cheaper.

“It’s terrific news that we are able to offer three bedroom homes for such a competitive price tag, given the average house price in the area,” comments David Hodgson, sales director for Charles Church North West.

“With Shared Equity, the three bedroom Hanbury at plot 31 is priced at just £126,645 however, with just one of these properties available, aspiring buyers should act quickly,” urges David.

With Charles Church’s shared equity scheme, buyers pay 85 per cent of the value of the property and the remaining percentage is not payable for ten years or until the home is re-sold - whichever comes first, with no interest to pay for the first five years.

Ideal for those on lower incomes and for the growing number of people wanting to buy on their own, the scheme is an ideal option for many buyers as it means they are able to purchase without having the cost of the whole mortgage, allowing them to pay the remaining amount when they feel more financially secure.

Cornist View, situated of Windsor Drive, is ideally placed for families with young children and is a stones throw from the much sought after Cornist Primary School. For those who enjoy sports there is the Cornist Park Golf Club on the doorstep.

For further information on plot 31, or for details on the range of homes and incentives currently available at Cornist View, visit the marketing suite open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5.30pm. Alternatively visit: charleschurch.com
