Jamie’s wedding band to play The Harrow’s garden party

The Harrow gastro pub is to host a garden party with live music from Hullabaloo, the Kent-based jazz band, whose impressive gig list includes the wedding of Naked Chef, Jamie Oliver to Jules, complete with roast on Sunday 28th August. The band will be playing form 2pm with the roasted hog being served for dinner.
The following day, Bank Holiday Monday, is a “Family Fun Day” with bouncy castle, coconut shy, tin can alley, sumo wrestling and much more. The Hadlow pub is also providing offering DIY barbecues throughout the summer. Customers can bring their own food and hire a barbecue for £5 – or buy raw meats and salads from the kitchen. The large, manicured garden has a discrete children climbing frame, Pétanque pit and patio heaters.

The Shepherd Neame establishment has a large garden, which features ample seating a Pentanqe pit, patio heaters and children’s climbing frame.
The Harrow with its spacious, mature garden, complete with discrete children’s play area and Pétanque pit is a family-orientated food-led pub offering. Disabled facilities and a large private car park can accommodate coaches.
The pub's Executive Head Chef, Simon Brazier, who sources most of his ingredients locally, previously won the ‘Best Gastro Pub’ accolade in the Kent Restaurant Awards 2009 whilst working at The George & Dragon, Ightham.
Hullabaloo plays a blend of jazz, jive, swing, and an original twist on pop. Made up of double bass, saxophone, guitar, drums and specialising in vocal harmonies, the band work as a four-piece or trio using double bass, guitar and drums.
