Frankie Dettori rides 440 Maserati horses to his new restaurant
Frankie Dettori, the most famous Italian jockey in the world, arrived at the opening of his new restaurant ‘Cavallino’, in the heart of Chelsea, ‘riding’ 440 horses of a brand new Maserati GranCabrio.
An eclectic mix of high profile clients and stars joined Frankie at the opening of ‘Cavallino’, situated at the top of Sydney Street.
Although sportsmen including tennis legend Boris Becker and football manager Carlo Ancelotti came along to sample the modern Italian menu, it was the rock stars who really got the party going. Ronnie Wood and ex-Rolling Stones bandmate Charlie Watts spent the night catching up, while Queen drummer Roger Taylor and Genesis guitarist Mike Rutherford, who arrived on board a GranTurismo S in Rosso Mondiale thoroughly enjoyed the friendly Italian atmosphere.
