The long wait is almost over for homebuyers in Northop who are looking forward to the launch of Redrow’s latest venture.

The Flintshire based housebuilder is preparing to release the first phase of homes at Northop Park in the sought-after North Wales village.

An intimate development of four and five-bedroom designs from the critically acclaimed New Heritage Collection, Northop Park is sure to be a hit with those who want the character of a ‘period’ property but the style and convenience of a brand new home.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), commented: “Our New Heritage Collection of traditional looking homes with bright modern interiors is already proving popular with buyers in Wrexham and Buckley. We’re hoping to build on that success when we launch Northop Park and are working towards opening show homes to showcase the designs in the coming weeks.”

Externally the homes will give a nod to the past with Arts and Crafts inspired features including bay windows, dropped eaves, projecting plinths and timber or tiled canopies over doors.

Behind the traditional facade of the properties, buyers will find stylish, high specification interiors designed with 21st century family living in mind.

Convivial open plan layouts put well equipped kitchens at the heart of the homes at Northop Park. Integrated top brand appliances including oven, microwave and fridge freezer are included as standard; while tall units and extra wide drawers mean there’s plenty of storage space.

Bathrooms and en-suites enjoy quality fixtures and fittings, plus a tile range that’s exclusive to Redrow.

Those who can’t wait for the launch of Northop Park can already take a virtual tour of homes from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection thanks to the house builder’s broadband television channel Redrow.TV.

“At Redrow we take pride in building quality homes that people really want to live in. By logging on to Redrow.TV homebuyers can take a sneak peak at show homes from across the country and get a real insight into what the properties at Northop Park will look like from the comfort of their home, office or wherever they access the internet,” Elaine explained.

Dedicated to all things Redrow, Redrow.TV includes development films, buying guides and footage of real customers talking about their new homes. It can be accessed by logging on to redrow.tv.

Halfway between the towns of Mold and Flint, with easy access to the city of Chester, Northop offers rural village living at its very best with two pubs, a post office, cricket club and championship golf course close by. For more information, visit: Redrow.co.uk
