A £1,000 donation from Taylor Wimpey will help music fans enjoy some ‘Jazz on the Green’ near the leading housebuilder’s The Keep development of property for sale in Kings Hill, Kent.

Taylor Wimpey is supporting a community Jazz on the Green event close to where the housebuilder has recently launched The Keep, a stunning development of new homes in Kings Hill, Kent.

The world-renowned Ken Colyer ‘Goin’ Home’ Jazzmen, who have performed in New Orleans and the 100 Club in London, will be playing between 11.30am and 3pm on Sunday 17th July at The Discovery School in Kings Hill.

The event, which has been helped by a £1,000 donation in association with Taylor Wimpey’s development of property for sale in Kings Hill, is set to be one of the highlights of the Discovery School calendar and also includes face painting, magic shows and entertainment to keep children amused.

Visitors are invited to bring a rug to sit on the green and savour the atmosphere, and enjoy a wonderful choice of refreshments, including Mereworth strawberries, clotted cream teas, Pimms and a barbecue.

Tickets for the Jazz on the Green event are available from the school between 2.45pm to 3.15pm on weekdays, and cost £3 for adults, £1 for children, with free entry for under-3s.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted to be helping The Discovery School with this wonderful Jazz on the Green event and are looking forward to a fantastic day for all the family.

“Our commitment to investing in communities goes way beyond building high-quality homes, and we are excited about continuing to develop our relationship with local people in association with our new development of houses for sale in Kings Hill.”

The Keep is an exciting new development from Taylor Wimpey, located off Beacon Avenue in Kings Hill.

As part of its commitment to enhancing the areas in which it operates, Taylor Wimpey has been working hard to build links with the local neighbourhood since work began on the new development.

Among the properties currently available at The Keep are the delightful two-bedroom ‘Johnson’ end of terrace house from only £239,995, a choice of spacious four-bedroom properties from £369,995 and the magnificent five-bedroom ‘Lysander’ detached house from just £474,775.

The Keep Sales and Marketing Suite, located off Beacon Avenue, Kings Hill, Kent, is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
