Various studies have proved that the best sources of good fats, vitamins and minerals to promote good health can be found in seafood. Nutrition experts recommend that we should be eating a minimum of two portions of fish every week. Seafood also provides important sources of omega-3 fatty acids that protect the body against heart diseases and help lower blood cholesterol levels.
Val Kersey, Proprietor, stated “We are delighted to be holding our special Fish & Seafood Festival next week. Guests can look forward to savouring the delights of some fantastic dishes whilst enjoying some superb matching wines. So all you fishy fans – line up – there’s something for everyone to enjoy during our Festival!”
