Persimmon is on route for Ashford development

19th September 2011 Print

If buying a desirable brand new home in a sought-after location wasn’t enough, Persimmon Homes South East has reported that the brand new bus route at its Repton Park development in Ashford has now launched.

“The bus service is ideal for residents at Repton Park who want a quick and easy route into Ashford’s town centre,” states Chris Heney, development director for Persimmon Homes South East. “At Persimmon we are committed to building not just houses, but whole communities, and that’s exactly what we’re achieving at our Repton Park development.”

The service, which runs every half an hour, stops in the new central square, adjacent to the Waitrose store, on Repton Avenue. Work is now underway to convert the former Repton Manor into office spaces, and development of new retail units is expected to take place next year, which will provide a convenient place for the local community to meet.

Chris continues: “Our current phase at Repton Park hosts a beautiful collection of one, two and three, bedroom properties in a range of differing styles, all of which have been designed and priced to suit a wide variety of purchase groups – from first time buyers and young executives, to growing and established families – there really is something for everyone.”

Prices at Repton Park start from £108,995 for the one bedroom Sherbourne apartment.
