During a short visit to Cheshire whilst conducting cookery demonstrations at the Mold Food Festival, renowned AA Rosette and Michelin award winning chef, Jean-Christophe Novelli, chose leading Cheshire hotel the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa for a sumptuous evening meal and overnight stay.

During his short stay, Novelli, accompanied by Italian Celebrity Chef Felice Toccini, who assisted him at the festival, enjoyed the superb facilities and outstanding customer service at The Grosvenor Pulford; indulging in an evening meal in one of Cheshire’s finest restaurants, Ciro’s Brasserie. The magnificent Mediterranean style restaurant serves modern European cuisine, made freshly using only the finest ingredients, all sourced as locally as possibly, and complemented by a choice of fine wines from around the world.
As a renowned AA Rosette and Michelin award winning chef and restaurateur, Novelli was eager to offer his feedback to the team at Ciro’s Brasserie. To their delight he delivered high praise, scoring ‘excellent’ for quality of service, quality of food, quantity of food, ambience and value for money!
