Three-storey homes offer flexible solution to modern living

Three is the magic number for homebuyers in Wrexham, where there’s a choice of three-bedroom homes set out over three floors.

The three-storey homes at Pentre Bach maximise the potential of the space available and offer householders a degree of flexibility to their living arrangements, as Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), explains.

“The Gartmore and Garford style homes at Pentre Bach enjoy an innovative design that’s practical, stylish and great for families,” Elaine commented.

“The layout of the homes is slightly unusual in that the third bedroom is on the ground floor, along with a utility room and cloakroom. It’s the perfect choice for a teenager or elderly relative, as a guest room or even a study, as it’s relatively self-contained and away from the hustle and bustle of family life. It’s your home and you can choose how to adapt the space to meet your lifestyle.”

Ideal for those who love to entertain, both designs enjoy convivial open plan layouts with a combined kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor.

Like all new Redrow homes, the Gartmore and Garford boast well equipped kitchens fitted with integrated top brand name appliances including microwave, oven and fridge freezer plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer a stylish storage solution.

Two bedrooms, including en-suite to master bedroom, are up on the top floor along with the family bathroom.

The Garford is on the market from £169,995, with the Gartmore available from £171,995.

Pentre Bach also includes a choice of conventional two-storey homes with two, three and four bedrooms with prices from £124,995 to £229,950.

With part exchange available, those with a home of their own to sell could find that making a move up the property ladder from old to new is easier than they anticipated.

“By offering customers the chance to use their old home as part-payment for a brand new one, we’re removing the hassle or the worry of finding a buyer for the home they have outgrown,” Elaine added.

“It means that customers won’t be held back from moving because of a complicated chain; instead they’ll have peace of mind that they have a cash buyer for their old home.”

And to help customers understand how part exchange works, Redrow has produced an easy to follow video guide which can be viewed online at redrow.tv.
