Househunters encouraged to ‘shuffle’ to Persimmon developments

If you think you’ll have received all your presents by Christmas Day then think again as Persimmon Homes South East is highlighting its Christmas opening times by giving away iPod Shuffles to those who visit one of the company’s stunning showhomes at its beautiful developments during the festive period.
“This year we’ve decided to open the marketing suites at all our developments across the region between Christmas and New Year, as it’s the one time most people are off work and will therefore have more time to spend searching for a new home,” states Julia Price, sales director for Persimmon Homes South East.
She adds: “To mark that we are opening between 28th and 31st December we are giving away iPod Shuffles to all who visit and take a tour of our showhomes and as we’re imagining interest will be high, our offer is only available while stocks last.”
Persimmon’s developments, which are located in Ashford, Minster*, Hellingly, Isle of Sheppey and Strood, are open between 10am and 5pm during the Christmas period. Demonstrating there’s something for everyone Persimmon has a range of properties available from one bedroom apartments through to five bedroom detached houses.
Julia concludes: “Whether you’re looking to take that first step onto the property ladder, need to move to a bigger home with more space, or want to downsize now the children have left home, visit one of our developments during the festive season and you could find yourself with a dream new home and a fun gift from us.”
On the day of their visit househunters will be asked to leave their contact details with Persimmon and their complimentary iPod Shuffle will be delivered to their door. The promotion is limited to one Shuffle per household only.
