With the season of overindulgence over, fitness is now top of mind - both at Hollywood and at home. Celebrities have long been sources of inspiration for both fitness and travel, and this year is no different with Towie star Mark Wright helping people lose weight in new TV show Downsize in Dubai and Jennifer Ellison showing people how to lose two stone with her new fitness DVD. has identified five top destinations for A-List fitness trends.

Celeb dancing queen Madonna is one of Zumba’s biggest fans, so much so that she has made it one of the main highlights in her newly launched chain of gyms, Hard Candy. Put on your dancing shoes and follow her fancy footsteps to Zumba at her Hard Candy studio in Mexico City, or enjoy a holiday learning Zumba on the beaches of Colombia, in the place where it all began.
