Redrow meets demand for new apartments in Tonbridge
Apartment buyers can have their pick of the prime positions and reserve early on a brand new phase of homes in Tonbridge.
Redrow Homes has relaunched sales at its Cannons Wharf development, along the banks of the River Medway, and the first of the new apartments will be ready to move into in Spring.

First time buyers or those wanting to return to home ownership can apply providing their household earnings are less that £60,000 a year.
It means a one-bedroom home priced at £141,950 can be purchased for an initial outlay of just £113,560 with FirstBuy.
A deposit of 5% of the property price could be all you’ll need and the loan can be paid back when you have more funds available or come to sell.
