Nissan’s flagship Oxford dealership opens for business
Nissan has a new flagship dealership in Oxfordshire. Sims Nissan opened for business last month in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, in a purpose-built site which includes a 10-car showroom and the latest Nissan visual identity.
Nissan opens new Field Quality Center
Nissan has opened a new Field Quality Center (FQC) based at the Nissan Technical Center (Atsugi-shi, Kanagawa), to focus on vehicle quality enhancement processes. The centre will conduct Field Quality Investigation Analysis (FQIA) to identify the root cause and solutions to vehicle problems.

Weekend of firsts for Nissan at Goodwood
Nissan flew in the Pivo concept electric vehicle from Japan specifically for the Festival of Speed where it featured in the Technology Pavilion. It’s only been shown once before in Europe, at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle has no reverse gear, so to change direction the whole cabin revolves and it can then drive off in the opposite direction.

Navara Die Hard 4.0
To celebrate the launch of the new Bruce Willis film, Nissan is releasing a limited edition Navara called DIE HARD 4.0 on sale from 2 July. Appropriately 444 will be produced all individually numbered.
