Peugeot’s 307 Estate attracts canine response
Peugeot’s Specialist Vehicle Operation (PSVO) department is to supply West Midlands Police with a further 15 307 Estate cars, to carry their dog patrol teams. The specially adapted Peugeot cars met the demanding criteria for the response transportation of trained dogs and their handlers, and are specially adapted to hold a removable cage.
Peugeot sales steady in a declining 2006 market
Peugeot new car sales remained buoyant in a UK market which saw a decline of 3.9%. With a total of 144,132 car sales Peugeot strengthened its position in the UK market, with a market share of 6.15%. This ensured that Peugeot regained fourth place in the manufacturers’ league table, comfortably reaffirming its position as the UK’s favourite French car brand.
Peugeot 207 CC: opens a world of new experiences
It was in the 1930s that Peugeot started the innovative concept of the Coupé Cabriolet, with the 401, 601 and 402 “Eclipse”. 1895 Peugeot Vis-à-vis leads 2006 London to Brighton run
On Sunday 5th November, the 2006 London to Brighton Veteran Car Run (LBVCR) sees an 1895 Peugeot lead the historic run, this year celebrating its 110th anniversary. The Peugeot Vis-à-vis (as car No.1) is the only car of 1895 vintage, and one of 36 19th century vehicles. A total of 490 pre-1905 cars are participating, including 13 Peugeots.

Peugeot is introducing a new 107 entry-model called ‘Urban Lite’ providing a safe, economical and value-for-money city car, with high-quality trim. Prices for the ‘Urban Lite’ model start from £6,895 (£7,245 for 5dr), and will be in Peugeot dealer showrooms from November.
