Following the European City Reputation Ranking, the online price comparison site trivago.co.uk has analysed the most popular beach destinations for the first time. In the ranking the 50 most popular European beach destinations in 2009 were investigated. The analysis took into consideration over 380,000 hotel reviews for more than 4,000 hotels.
