Kitchen Magic’s acrylic doors coming soon

29th November 2012 Print

With a wealth of options, finishes and design features, Kitchen Magic’s extensive refurbishment ranges are already great value. But to give their customers even greater choice, the UK’s leading kitchen refurbishment company is introducing a new line of acrylic doors for 2013.

“Our gorgeous new acrylic doors mean that our customers can choose from even more options, so that they really can have the kitchen of their dreams,” comments Marketing Manager Samantha Davies. “These beautiful doors combine elegance and practicality, and are the perfect choice for a modern, ultra-chic kitchen design,” she adds.

What’s the advantage of acrylic doors?

The biggest advantage of acrylic, apart from their elegant and ultra-modern look, is just how low maintenance they are – making them perfect for the kitchen. “Acrylic isn’t a new material, in fact it’s been around for years,” comments Samantha. “But thanks to new ways of working with this flexible material, we’re now exploring design options and producing finishes that weren’t possible before. That means we can increase the range of designs and finishes our customers can choose from,” she adds.

Simple to install and even simpler to maintain, Kitchen Magic are predicting that acrylic doors are next year’s big design feature for kitchen refurbishments. “While wooden doors are great, they don’t suit every style of kitchen refurbishment, and for a more modern look acrylic doors are ideal,” says Samantha.

The big design trend for 2013

Acrylic doors are available in a range of colours and finishes, but one of the big trends for 2013 will be the high-gloss look. It’s dramatic, it’s daring and it’s incredibly easy to keep spotlessly clean. Acrylic is quite literally wipe-clean, making it the perfect choice for busy families who don’t want to spend all their time scrubbing! Acrylic is also incredibly tough and completely waterproof, so units with acrylic doors are fully protected against splashes and spills. It won’t fade or delaminate, and is much longer lasting than lacquered surfaces.

Acrylic doors are available in a range of colours and either high-gloss finish or a more natural wood effect finish, so even traditional designs can benefit from incorporating acrylic doors into the final plan.

“The advantages of acrylic make it the ideal product for a tough environment such as a kitchen,” explains Samantha. “Combined with our extensive bespoke design features and kitchen refurbishment ranges, acrylic doors really fit in to almost any refurbishment design plan. So if you want to know more and get ahead of next year’s trends, we’ve got everything you need for the ultimate in chic kitchen refurbishments!” she concludes.
