This November, dance, fitness and holistic Shoreditch studio, FRAME, are teaming up with Fish Market to launch a new exercise and brunch offering as part of the new Warehouse Weekend experience.

Launching Saturday 15th November, guests are invited to join the FRAME Shoreditch team at 10am in front of Old Bengal Bar’s floor-to-ceiling mirrors for an hour-long power yoga session. Backed up by the sound of a DJ, fitness fanatics and amateurs alike can try out FRAME’s fast-paced and dynamic spin on Vinyasa-style yoga before enjoying some much-deserved relaxation in the form of a healthy yet indulgent brunch at Fish Market next door.

FRAME nutritionist Libby Limon has collaborated with Fish Market head chef Barry Macmillan to curate a winter-warming, healthy brunch menu full of delicious yet nutritious dishes. Diners can expect a selection of smoothies such as Get the Glow with avocado, spinach, apple, mint and coconut water, through to light bites like Protein banana bread with cashew butter and Spicy baked duck eggs, as well as heartier servings of Hot smoked salmon with pea and parsley quinoa risotto, Buckwheat blueberry pancakes with coconut yogurt and berry compote, and Fish pie.

This is part of a new weekend schedule at the East London warehouse – Warehouse Weekends – which sees a range of collaborations, events and special menus across Old Bengal Bar, New Street Grill and Fish Market, creating the perfect environment to while away the weekend. Le Bun’s ‘Le Brunch’ is available at Old Bengal Bar and New Street Grill every Saturday and Sunday, with Silent Cinema cocktail Masterclasses on the way.

Now with the addition of FRAME and brunch at Fish Market, The Warehouse will be the perfect place for health-conscious and lazy weekend brunchers alike.
