Fine dine with a legendary winemaker at Tyddyn Llan

Michelin-starred Restaurant with Rooms, Tyddyn Llan, on the edge of Snowdonia in north Wales, has planned five special wine dinners for the autumn, commencing on 9 September with a dinner hosted by legendary Australian wine maker John Duval.
John spent 29 years with Penfolds, one of Australia’s oldest and best-known wine producers, where he was appointed Chief Winemaker in 1986; at Penfolds John was instrumental in helping to grow the business into a global brand, during what was one of the most dynamic periods of change in the Australian wine industry.
John started his own wine label in 2003 and he is widely regarded as one of the world’s great winemakers.
The dinner will feature some of John’s stunning wines, a different one to accompany each of Bryan’s mouth-watering dishes.

The John Duval dinner including all wines costs £90.00 per person.
Too enable diners to enjoy the wines and not have to worry about driving home, a special B&B rate of £60 per person (two sharing) is available (£150 pp total for the dinner, wines and overnight stay). Room upgrades available at a supplement.
Well-behaved dogs welcome in some rooms.
