Frozé –The New Ice Age For Wine

26th July 2007 Print
Froze Over the last year or so a whole host of bottled ciders came into our bars and restaurants, within a matter of months everyone was indulging in the latest trend; drinking cider on ice. Now meet the wine that is “nice on ice” which will taste great when served over ice and doesn’t lose its flavour – Frozé.

Frozé is a brand new South African rosé that has been designed specifically to be serve chilled over ice. The wine has very concentrated fruity flavours which mean that when ice is added the flavour is not diluted. This is a very unpretentious, fun wine that is there to be enjoyed and not taken too seriously.

Although the sunshine and long balmy nights and are a little sporadic at the moment, Frozé is the perfect summer drink to enjoy with friends outside either with food or on a night in. A deep pink rosé wine with deliciously ripe red berry flavours on both the nose and palate. The wine is cleverly packaged in a screw cap bottle, so no corkscrew is required! Frozé goes fantastically well with barbequed king prawns and crisp green salads.

Bottles of the Frozé wine is available in Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, Nisa Today and Co-op stores around the UK from the 30th July priced at £4.99.
