Undoubtedly Australia’s best-known wine brand, Jacob’s Creek holds the pole position in global sales among Australian wine brands. It was a pioneer in presenting Australian wine to the world market. The history of Jacob's Creek can be traced back to 1847, when its founder Johann Gramp planted the first commercial vineyard in South Australia’s now highly esteemed Barossa Valley.
Jacob's Creek's fresh, easy-drinking style and excellent quality has been extremely popular in both Australia, and around the world. The winery’s ongoing commitment to quality has resulted in Jacob's Creek being a regular winner at wine shows in Australia and internationally.
