A food and wine match made in heaven

Food and wine matching can be a complicated business and that’s why Finca Las Moras, one of the UK’s top Argentinian wine brands, has decided to make things a little easier.

To recreate the taste of Argentina, represented in the Las Moras range of wines, the decision was made to look closer to home for recipe inspirations.

Head winemaker Eduardo Casademont developed a series of traditional family recipes to complement his wines, bringing a sense of Perfect Harmony to the venture.

The recipes were then photographed by Lucinda Symons and recipe cards created to suit every occasion. Whether it’s al fresco dining – such as picnics or barbecues – special occasions, summer evenings or winter warmers, the Finca Las Moras range of wines and food matching recipes can be followed to the letter or used for inspiration to create more mouth-watering combinations.

Choose from soft and fruity reds such as Las Moras Bonarda, or go for something more inky and powerful – Las Moras Black Label Shiraz. Maybe something peachy, full bodied and very easy-to-drink, such as Las Moras Viognier or perhaps something aromatic packed with zesty grapefruits and green freshness – Black Label Sauvignon Blanc?
