Jacob’s Creek Three Vines Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Viognier

An appealing fruit-driven wine, which showcases the harmonious nature of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, with the typical richness and full flavour of Viognier. Vibrant pale green in colour with attractive fresh lemon and tropical fruit aromas and subtle apricot and grapefruit nuances. The palate expresses a lively lemon citrus, passionfruit, and floral apricot fruit profile, with the weight of Viognier creating texture on the palate balanced with a harmonious and refreshing acidity on the finish.

Best enjoyed with elegantly-flavoured foods such as salmon with seared scallops; prawn and mango salad; or snapper fillet with saffron braised potato and green olive dressing.

Jacob’s Creek Three Vines Shiraz Grenache Sangiovese Rosé

A contemporary dry rosé style with an attractive pale magenta red colour. The aroma is full of fresh berry fruits reflecting the ripe raspberry of Shiraz, spice of Grenache and a subtle savoury background of cherry and dried herbs from Sangiovese. On the palate an attractive combination of raspberry, cherry and pepper spice flavours are supported by a soft and natural acidity, finishing with the typical savoury dried herb edge of Sangiovese.

An ideal match to lightly-spiced and seasoned meals such as chicken breast with Mediterranean vegetables; or pasta with rich tomato sauce, oregano and sundried vegetables.

Jacob’s Creek Three Vines Shiraz Cabernet Tempranillo

A vibrant, fresh, fuller-bodied wine with a deep, rich crimson colour. The Tempranillo adds mulberry, licorice and an earthy spice to the nose, complementing the ripe plum and blackberry characters of the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The palate is ripe, soft and rounded with silky tannins leading to a satisfying dry finish. The Shiraz contributes richness, the Cabernet Sauvignon brings complementary structure and length while Tempranillo adds textural complexity and additional flavours of rich chocolate, blueberry and earthy spice.

Tempranillo’s savoury flavours work in synergy with the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon to provide a wine perfectly suited to flavoursome foods such as spiced rack of lamb, venison or fillet of beef.
