Cheap ski flights from your local airport

easyJet, the UK’s largest airline, will today welcome passengers onboard its inaugural flight from Liverpool to Innsbruck in Austria, giving the region’s travellers an even greater choice of destinations from their local airport.

Cheap flights for the three times weekly (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday) service are available from £24.99 one way including taxes and the airline expects to carry 10,000 passengers on the route this winter.

Innsbruck is the provincial capital of the Tyrol, situated in the valley of the Inn River between the Alps and the Tuxer Mountains. One of the most popular, up and coming new low-fare destinations for 2008, the beautiful city of Innsbruck is known as the “Capital of the Alps” and is the perfect gateway for snowsports enthusiasts to reach the stunning Austrian ski resorts.
