Le Méridien Al Aqah

Le Méridien Al Aqah’s Indian restaurant, Swaad, will offer a selection of traditional Kashmiri dishes during December, while Taste Thai Restaurant will sizzle with a delicious variety of Sizzling Platters.

Swaad Restaurant will offer an array of Kashmiri dishes, all characterized by the use of spices. Kashmir, often referred to as ‘Heaven on Earth’, is home to fine gastronomy and some of the most traditional styles of cooking in India. The dishes, priced from AED 85, will be enhanced with spices such as aniseed, fennel, saffron, and dried ginger. The offer will be available from December 16 to December 31.

Taste Thai Restaurant will feature Asian-inspired Sizzling Platters. The method of grilling meat at a high temperature ensures the meat remains tender and juicy, while the iron plate keeps the food warm for a longer time so the full flavor of the dish can be enjoyed.  Le Méridien Al Aqah’s Thai Chef de Cuisine, Praiwan Sriplai, has created an array of sizzling dishes including Sizzling Beef Steak with Teriyaki Sauce; Seafood with Curry Sauce; and Chicken with Black Pepper Corn Sauce. The menu is priced affordably from AED 85 and will be available from December 1 to December 15.

Swaad Restaurant and Taste Thai Restaurant are both open daily for dinner from 7:00pm to 10:30pm.

Sapore, Le Méridien Al Aqah’s new Italian restaurant, is offering a complimentary starter with every main course, valid only at lunch time.  The Italian fine dining restaurant overlooks the Indian Ocean. It is open daily for lunch from 12pm to 3:30pm for dinner from 7pm to 10:30pm.

Views restaurant is also offering a value-packed Friday lunch from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, priced at AED 222 including pool and beach access.
