Starting the New Year on a massive positive note, Kawasaki has announced not one but TWO significant finance promotions for the first quarter of 2011.

On the back of the highly successful Motorcycle Live! event at the NEC late last year, Kawasaki are determined to seize the early initiative with a 0% typical APR campaign focussing on urban twin cylinder machines and an equally tempting 2% APR typical scheme for a selection of Ninja machinery.

With a repayment period selectable between 12 and 24 months, the 0% typical APR scheme covers selected ER-6n and ER-6f bikes plus the popular Versys -including the incoming 2011 Versys Tourer in standard or ABS form. And with a minimum deposit of just £99, these popular middleweight twins look set to become and even more familiar sight on UK roads in the coming weeks and months.

Additionally, Kawasaki has just launched a highly competitive 2% typical APR fixed rate finance scheme for selected Ninja models, again running between January and the end of March 2011 and also with an impressive minimum deposit of just £99, subject to acceptance.

Covering the Ninja ZX-6R and 2010 model Ninja ZX-10R, the promotion also includes the much sought after "Performance Edition" Ninja variants which include such features as Akrapovic end cans in their specification.

Speaking about the two new schemes, Sales and Marketing Manager for Kawasaki Motors UK, Michael Johnstone, explained that the promotions addressed two key areas of interest within the popular Kawasaki range.

"With a real surge of enthusiasm now in practical yet sporty middleweight machines - especially among commuters and those new to two wheels via the GetOn campaign - I am sure the news of 0% Finance on selected ER series and Versys machines will be very welcome.

"Added to that, we are delighted to be able to start the New Year in such positive mood with a competitive 2% typical APR fixed rate scheme on selected Ninja machines as well."
