Bosch returns to the food prep market in the only way it knows how — at the top, with two terrific new food processors and a fully-fledged multi-tasking kitchen machine.
Bosch goes big-bowled and beautiful with the MUM46A1GB kitchen machine, a professionally-styled anthracite and silver beauty with a high-spec 550W motor to power through everything you put in the 3.9litre stainless steel mixing bowl.
The Bosch food mixer has four-speed settings, a multi-motion drive and multifunctional arm with three drive positions, which fully equip it to handle any of its many attachments: a dough hook, beater and whisking attachment; the shredder with three stainless-steel discs for slicing, shredding and grating; a liquidiser, made of tough polycarbonate, a citrus press, and a holder to keep everything neat and tidy.
The MUM46A1GB is easy to clean, has rubber suction feet for stability, incorporates a wide range of optional accessories (from grating discs and a meat mincer to an ice cream maker and fruit pulping attachment), and there is even a place to hold the cable.
Alongside the kitchen machine are two great new food processors, the MCM4100GB and MCM5530GB, both available in white.
The compact MCM4100GB has a powerful 800W motor, two speed settings and a pulse setting and an integrated accessory drawer, while the classic MCM5530GB with a traditional bowl-and-liquidiser design, has an even more powerful 1100W motor, four speed settings and pulse, transparent mixing bowl that can handle over 2kg of ingredients and 1.5 L liquidiser for mixing, blending and chopping.
Both processors come with a great range of useful extras. The MCM4100GB adds up 1.25 L liquidiser attachment, a stainless steel chopping blade and plastic whisking disc, and build tool, stainless steel cutting and shredding discs, a citrus press, a juice extractor and even a disc to cut french fries!
The more powerful MCM 5530GB has a multifunctional knife, dough hook and stainless steel balloon whisk, a shredding disc, and citrus press and juice extractor. And yes, it cuts chips too!
Both models have rubber suction feet for stability, safety-lock lids, and integrated cable storage, while the MCM5530GB also comes with an accessories box.
