Intelligent flatbed combination cooking from Panasonic

17th March 2011 Print

Whether you’re short on time or want to cook a full three-course meal, Panasonic has a microwave oven to suit all your requirements. From the award winning combination ovens that offer a wealth of features to the solo microwaves, Panasonic is the expert in microwave technology.

Panasonic understand that time is of the essence in today’s fast-paced society and this is why they have created a range of combination microwave ovens that save you time in the kitchen with perfect results.

From Panasonic’s award-winning Flatbed combination microwave oven range, the NN-CF778S, NN-CF760M and NN-CF750W, and new for 2011 the NN-CF771S, all host an array of features that make them the ideal appliance for any kitchen. Their unique Flatbed Oven Technology allows for greater flexibility when cooking dishes that require extra space that standard microwave ovens with turntables cannot offer. The absence of a turntable significantly increases cooking flexibilities and the Panasonic Inverter Technology guarantees uniform and even cooking. With a full temperature range from 100C-250C, and by combining the efficiency of a microwave with the traditional browning and roasting of a conventional oven, successful dishes from pastries, cakes and meringues to roast chicken are all on the menu!

For those looking for just a solo microwave, the new SF460M offers the same unique Flatbed Oven Technology as featured in the combination oven range, giving it the largest capacity available in a microwave only model, allowing for greater flexibility when cooking large dishes.

Combination cooking can also reduce cooking times by half to two thirds, depending on the food, whilst giving traditional conventional oven results. A whole roast chicken can be cooked in half the time, using 25% less energy than a conventional oven.

Also new for 2011, in line with Panasonic’s Eco Ideas, the new microwave range offers energy saving functions therefore reducing energy consumption when not operating, in addition to energy saving advantages common to all Inverter ovens.
