New training initiative from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
Recognising the importance of customer service in its success, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has announced a new training initiative – the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ Academy. The Academy has been established to ensure every member of staff throughout the national Volkswagen Van Centre network has the training, skills and motivation to deliver the highest possible level of service.
D5 180ps turbodiesel engine joins Volvo S40 and V50 ranges
An additional diesel engine, the 180PS Volvo D5, is now available for the Volvo S40 saloon and V50 Sportswagon in Sport, SE and SE Sport trim levels with on the road prices starting at £23,205 for the S40 D5 Geartronic Sport and £24,565 for the V50 D5 Geartronic Sport.
New Dynafleet Online features WTD reporting package
Volvo’s Dynafleet Online (DFOL) continues to grow from strength to strength as more customers come to appreciate it as a highly effective means of managing and reducing their operating costs. There are now over 1,400 DFOL subscriptions and around 18% of new trucks are being ordered with Volvo Transport Information Systems (TIS) capability. Last year, in the UK and Ireland alone, 1,240 were fitted with Dynafleet.
