Renault Scenic 2006 prices and specification announced
Renault has announced prices and specification for its new three-model Scénic 2006 range, including its latest offering, the five-seat Grand Scénic with its huge luggage capacity of 1,960 litres for customers who want the longer version of Scénic for the extra boot capacity and not to carry extra passengers.

Huge crowds flock to World Series by Renault spectacular
A crowd of over 90,000 made the 2006 World Series by Renault meeting at Donington Park one of the biggest motorsport events in the UK this year. The two-day event, part of a nine-leg European tour showcasing Renault’s prestigious single-seater and saloon car Championships, drew 34,512 people on Saturday, 9th September and a further 56,734 on Sunday, 10th September for a total of 91,246. The crowd equalled Donington Park’s previous record set at the British MotoGP in 2004.

Renault introduces its new Concept car, Nepta, a four-seater luxury cabriolet featuring sleek, thoroughbred looks and making its public debut at the Paris motorshow later this month. Nepta's low-slung lines express elegance and movement, while its spacious, comfortable interior has all the hallmarks of a top-end model with performance worthy of a prestige touring car from its 420hp twin-turbo V6 engine.

New Renault Trafic and Master ranges
With the launch of several new and revised competitors in recent months, Europe’s number one van brand has revised both of its large vans, Trafic and Master. Among the changes to both products are the refreshed interiors and exterior styling, new optional equipment, plus a new range of Euro 4 engines ranging in power from 90hp to 150hp.

Renault has enhanced its Laguna Navigation range by introducing the new Privilège Navigation trim offering fleets an executive, luxury version of the popular trim level which will feature a comprehensive full colour large 6.5" screen satellite navigation system worth £1,100 as standard in the overall price which has risen by only £550 making the navigation system half-price.

Clio TV stars mark the public launch of new Clio Renaultsport 197
Hitting UK showrooms on Tuesday 18th July 2006, the hot-hatch version of the Clio III - the New Clio Renaultsport 197 - is set to join Renault’s long established list of hot hatch legends which started 30 years ago in 1976 with the 93hp 5 Gordini. To welcome the latest car, three generations of stars from the Clio TV commercials visited the Renault stand at the British Motor Show when it opened its doors this week, including the first return visit for the actress who played "Nicole" in the "Papa, Nicole" ads in the ‘90s.
