Tina Turner has been forced to reschedule her fifth show at London’s The O2 Arena tonight (Wednesday 11 March) and the concert scheduled for the following night at Sheffield Arena (Thursday 12 March.) Tina has contracted respiratory Flu and doctors earlier today advised her to take 6 days rest to fully recover.

Dirty Dancing stage star receives prestigious award

Martin Harvey, the new Johnny Castle in the hit show Dirty Dancing, was today honoured with the acclaimed ‘Spotlight Best Male Dancer Classical’ Award at the prestigious Critics’ Circle National Dance Awards 2009, held at Sadler’s Wells Theatre. The Critics’ award was in recognition of Martin’s outstanding 11-year career at the Royal Ballet, dancing many of the great principal roles.
