Major order for Volvo Trucks in Russia
Russian logistics company Sunflower has signed a contract to buy 300 trucks from Volvo Trucks in Russia. The contract includes financing for all the trucks through Volvo Financial Services and contributes further to the rapid sales growth in Russia.

Continued strong demand in Eastern Europe
Volvo Trucks’ deliveries to Europe rose by 16 per cent between January and April, totalling 18,228 units. Deliveries to Eastern Europe increased by 67 per cent to 5,073 trucks. In North America, deliveries dropped by 54 per cent to 5,308. All told, deliveries decreased by 8 per cent, totalling 30,423 trucks.
