It’s June 22 and it’s dumping snow in downtown Queenstown and at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski areas. More than 20 centimetres of new snow has fallen on the ski areas over the past 24 hours. Snow is still falling and the polar blast is forecast to continue for the next few days.
